Often the theory we learn in Project Management courses is very much based on processes, WBS, daily meetings, plans and reporting. But the reality on the ground is often different. This course aims to address this reality through a unique mix of theory, practice and concrete cases aligned at the same time with the PMI 2021 standard.

We will discuss the basics of project management starting with setting some basic terms and the main roles in a project, but also with discussing the tailoring of approaches, tailoring that has become the PMI standard starting this year. We will also discuss the situations that the participants face every day and we will do practical exercises such as “Do you work for your SDLC or does SDLC work for you?”
