About the program
Although it is difficult to really recognize it often, just as our body needs maintenance, so does the mental . And just like physical maintenance, Mental Wellness is something that even if we know we need it, somehow very often we are too busy to do it, and it always gets to the bottom of the list of priorities, to those things that we will start “on Monday” or “when we have time”.
To address this acute lack of time, the program is designed in the form of “mental aerobics” sessions of 2 hours, on various topics of interest, which can be purchased individually or as a package.
This edition is dedicated to stress and anxiety, our recent travel partners. A theme that is very close to my soul.
Why? Because I know what it means to get to the point where you almost can’t relax, the feeling that you always have another something to finish. And the fear of not doing a good job. And the fear of not losing the dedication and passion for work, which has helped me many times throughout my life. Sometimes, being immersed in a certain situation, you don’t know how to say STOP alone. Reset, reframe, lift. As it was not easy for me, I know that for no one is. That’s why I invite you to discuss “real” mental health issues, in order to regain our personal balance and why not… ourselves.
