A course already in its 6th edition, highly appreciated by the participants, which combines the fixing of landmarks and elements of basic theory with addressing the challenges often insufficiently discussed that come with the transition to a leadership role.

Provides real support in finding answers to questions such as: What should a manager do? Am I a good manager?  He also honestly addresses taboo topics like – I just became the boss of my best friend, what do I do? or What am I good at if I don’t get involved in hands-on work ?

Build Better Leaders II

October 19-20 (10:00-17:00)

Module 2 of the Build Better Leaders program starts from the idea that there are already some solid foundations laid through the first module or experience and focuses a lot on finding your own leadership style and the social and strategic dimension of the role.

Also, using emotional intelligence and techniques from NLP and psychology, we try to identify our own irrational traps and beliefs that can prevent us from reaching our potential.

Anti-Perfectionism

September 18, 19 (14:00-17:00)

Perfectionism is what we often hold responsible for our success in life. And in many cases it is, at least in part. That is why it is so difficult for us to give up on him, even when we feel that stress and anxiety overwhelm us. And do we have to give it up? Is there good perfectionism and bad perfectionism?

This course aims to try to answer these questions and at the same time to bring some strategies that we can use in our lives for a better time management and to reduce the level of stress and anxiety.

Mental Wellness
for Busy People

Burnout Edition

Launch November 15th at 9:00

A program of “mental aerobics”, already in its third edition, designed in the form of  2 hours sessions on various topics of interest that can be purchased individually or grouped as a package.

This edition is dedicated to burnout, the fuzzy stuff we’ve all heard of, but it’s often hard to define and identify before it’s too late.

Topics range from addictions and work-life balance to workshops to say NO or anti-Perfectionism, because perfectionists and those who devote a lot of time and energy to helping those around them have been most affected by burnout and the ongoing stress in which, unfortunately, we get to live and work.2

Build Better
Self

October 23, 25, 26 (14:00-17:00)

Build Better Self is based on the same principles as Build Better Leaders, but is addressed to anyone, not just to those in a management role. Its purpose is to help us with socio-professional relationships, but also in everyday life. It focuses on interactions with those around us, but also on the relationship with ourselves.

It can be attended by a team or people belonging to different teams.

“Remember teamwork begins by building trust. And the only way to do that is to overcome our need for invulnerability ”(Patrick Lencioni).

Mastering the Now of Work

Launch March 15

No matter what mode of work we prefer, be it remote, full-office or hybrid, we and / or the company we work for, the reality is that we live and will live for a long time in a way that things should work regardless of location. where we are. To work both in terms of things that are more easily measurable like productivity, and in terms of things that are not so easily measurable, but with a much greater weight in the long run – such as our physical and mental well-being , work-life balance, group membership, formal and informal communication with colleagues. And that depends primarily on each of us.

This program aims to bring to the fore some of the challenges that this Now of Work has brought and continues to bring with it: endless meetings, lack of sense of belonging to a group, lack of communication or hypercommunication, and the list goes on.

Realities of Project Management

TBA

Often the theory we learn in Project Management courses is very much based on processes, WBS, daily meetings, plans and reporting. But the reality on the ground is often different. This course aims to address this reality through a unique mix of theory, practice and concrete cases aligned at the same time with the PMI 2021 standard.

We will discuss the basics of project management starting with setting some basic terms and the main roles in a project, but also with discussing the tailoring of approaches, tailoring that has become the PMI standard starting this year. We will also discuss the situations that the participants face every day at work and we will do practical exercises such as “Do you work for your SDLC or does SDLC work for you?”

*Course hosted together with Cătălin Stoiovici.
