About the course

This module is dedicated to people who already have a solid foundation in people management, both theoretical and practical. Looking beyond theory and some basic rules, each of us has our own leadership style. Build Better Leaders II aims to help find this style and its own voice as a leader using along with business techniques elements of emotional intelligence, NLP and psychology. It also focuses on the social and strategic dimension of the manager role.

Like the first module, this course is not your typical Management course. Combining theory with practical examples and discussing that theory based on each member’s own issues and beliefs, with a very nice psychological component thrown in, the course manages to create a tight knit group in a short amount of time, thus making the learning experience much better, and the information be retained much easier. The introspection excersises reveal key principles that , once known, allow for a better understanding of each person’s management style and vision for the future.

Este doar una dintre numeroasele revelatii cu care am ramas in minte dupa acest training, care este primul de acest gen in care am vazut abordate direct si deschis problemele reale de people management. Am apreciat foarte mult componenta psihologica, care a venit sa dea sens multor intrebari & raspunsuri dificile din viata de zi cu zi a unui manager. Spot-on training for fresh team leaders (like me). Concise, precise in keeping the schedule. Practical exercises on most relevant topics – one on one, feedback, delegation, objectives. Trainer has a broad experience in management and comprehensive answers to most questions. Outspoken, no corporate BS. I enjoyed the training a lot and would recommend it to others, especially at the beginning of their management path.

Uitandu-ma acum pe feedback imi dau seama ca ma asteptam de la un training de management la o reteta a succesului, adica daca voi face pasul 1, 2 si 3 in ordinea data voi avea un raspuns de care sa fiu sigura (vin de pe parte tehnica si cred ca acesta e un defect), doar ca in management lucrurile sunt mai complexe si retetele se aplica, dar cu nuante in functie de context. Trainingul m-a ajutat sa fiu mai atenta la nuante si mi-a deschis ochii sa caut mai multe idei ajutatoare de la oamenii care au trecut sau trec prin aceasta “decojire” a personalitatii proprii ca sa poata accepta si alte puncte de vedere, pastrand in spate puterea de decizie si verticalitatea.
